  1. Introduction

 

https://purergy.wixsite.com/purergy  is Purergy’s website. We commit that all e-commerce activities on this website are in accordance with Vietnam’s laws and policies.

 

Customers are encouraged to read carefully to ensure that these policies are understood before going through the order process.

 

Information includes ordering process, delivery, refund/change, and other relevant information for customers. From time to time, Purergy will review these policies and make adjustments accordingly. In which cases, Purergy is authorized to make such adjustments without prior notice or agreement of customers.

 

When a new update is done, Purergy must also adjust the time of “last update” at the end of the regulation document.

 

Customers are encouraged to regularly check the regulation information to get the latest updates. However, with or without customers checking the regulation, Purergy follows and puts the regulation in place and customers who go through the order process are bound by the new rules that are determined in the regulation update.

 

2. General Policy And Regulation

    

2.1. Access on Website

 

  • Access to our website is for users from 18 years old and above. Otherwise, access to our website must be supervised by parents or legal guardians.

  • We have permission to access and trade on the website within the framework of the rules and conditions usage that were set out.

  • It is prohibited to use any portion of our web pages for other commercial purposes other than Purergy’s commercial purposes, without a written approval from Purergy. It is also prohibited to use our name and our logo without written permission from us. If this clause has been infringed, we have the right to cancel access or permission to access our website without further notification.

  • Customers must provide correct and accurate information during registration into our website. If there are any changes, it is the responsibility of the customer to update his/her information. All customers/users must be responsible for their own password, account and shopping activity on our website. Customers have to notify Purergy when his/her account is hacked or accessed illegally. Purergy is not responsible for damages or losses incurred when customers/users do not comply with our policy.

  • During the time of registration, customers/users agree to receive marketing emails from our website.

  • This website provides sufficient products’ information, Purergy’s information and transaction sale of goods.

  • All private comments of customers in the web are our own. If we detect any fake information we will close customer’s account immediately or apply another method according to the Vietnam’s Law.

     

2.2. Brand and Copyright

 

All intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered), information content and all designs, documents, graphics, software, image, video, music, sound, compiler software, codes source and basic software belong to Purergy as assets. All contents of our website are protected by copyrights laws of Vietnam as well as the International Conventions.

    

2.3. Price – Products Information

 

  • Prices on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices can change from time to time to follow the seasonal prices of products (vegetables and fruits) and sale promotions. Shipping fee is applied and it is clearly shown on the payment page when customer/user orders.

  • Although we try to guarantee that all information and prices are accurate for each product, sometimes there may be errors or mistakes. In this case, we will notify the user/customer and give them a choice to confirm their order or not. If we are unable to contact the user/customer, the order will be automatically canceled and Purergy will give a refund if the order was already paid.

  • The website provides as much detail information about each product that is posted. However, we can’t assure that information is enough, complete and exact.

    

2.4. Refund, change regulation

 

In accordance to upholding the quality of products and services, we accept refund and change following the terms and conditions indicated in our refund/change policy:

Purergy commits to sell new items/products and ensures the product’s quality from the suppliers.

Simultaneously, the products that customers get must be intact, clean and fresh, must be correct with the description information on website https://purergy.wixsite.com/purergy. If the product that customer receives is not correct, customers must notify Purergy within 12 hours from goods receiving the items/products. Purergy refuses to support any claims about the product’s condition if you inform Purergy after this time.

Products that are for refund/change must again be checked for quality. Purergy will exchange a new product or refund the entire product’s value following these conditions:

 

2.5. Delivery And Payment Method Policy

 

  • General policy

  • Purergy delivery has a minimum requirement of 150.000 VND per order.

  • Purergy delivery is done by our own delivery team and our authorized logistic partners.

  • The Purergy delivery team is equipped with devices to ensure the quality of our products during the delivery time.

  • Range

Purergy delivers nationwide. However, there are items/products that are only available in certain areas. This is to ensure that the quality of the products/items is not compromised.

  • Delivery Fee

  • Shipping Fee within HN city is 30.000 and

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimension and the place of delivery. In cases where shipping fees are not automatically calculated through the website, Purergy will contact the customer and get their agreement for the shipping fee before arranging the delivery of goods.

  • Delivery Time

Purergy will always try our best to deliver on time, as customers’ request. In cases of unexpected incidents, customers will be informed of any changes in delivery time. Delivery time differs depending on geographical location.

  • Purergy accepts Cash On Delivery (COD) and bank transfers. For bank transfers, payments are made first before the delivery is arranged.

2.7. Order And Confirm Order

When customers order in our website https://purergy.wixsite.com/purergy, Purergy receives the order request. A system’s generated email to customers is sent with the order code and details of the order. A copy of the invoice will be sent to customers after confirming the available products for shipment. Then, delivery is arranged.

    

2.8. Change And Cancel Order

2.9. Privacy Policy

  • Purergy protects customer information to the best of our ability. The website is hosted on a server which offers protection of data for Purergy as well as for our customers who use the website for ordering our products and using our services.

  • Why don’t you have more organic vegetables?
    Many customers want to buy only organic vegetables. There are several reasons why we don’t have a complete line of organic vegetables. For one thing, we are Vietnam’s only certified organic grower. Our small farm cannot produce all the varieties customers want. However, things should improve in the future.
  • What does it mean when a product is labeled Natural?
    Natural foods are foods that are minimally processed. Natural foods do not include ingredients such as refined sugars, refined flours, milled grains, hydrogenated oils, sweeteners, food colors, or flavorings.
  • Why do you use net bags to pack my order?
    Net bags are more environmentally friendly. Organik asks you to return the net bags with your next order so we can use them again. Some customers prefer plastic bags instead of net bags. They say it is easier to store vegetables in plastic bags. However, plastic bags take 500-1,000 years to break down or degrade.
  • Are all the products you sell organic?
    Not yet. We are working hard to increase the number of organic products we sell but right now financial constraints make this impossible. To help you the organic products available on this website are clearly marked.
  • Why don’t you use paper bags in deliveries like you have in your shop?
    Your bags are packed in Dalat and sent to HN in foam boxes with ice so we cannot use paper.
  • How is the calculation for weight for fruits and vegetables?
    One order of fruits, vegetables has been assigned an average weight and cost. We try to pack for you the closest possible weight. If the difference is a lot, please expect a phone call from us to verify your order.
